Our Financial Coordinator assists patients with insurance and payment options. She helps individuals to maximize their insurance benefits. As Treatment Coordinator she assists patients in handling referrals to specialists, scheduling of treatment, and review of individualized treatment plans.

Scheduling Coordinator
Our Scheduling Coordinator is happy to assist with creating appointments that works best for you. She helps our patients to stay on track with their individualized plan to maintain optimal dental health.

Receptionist, Francis
Our Receptionist is available to assist patients with appointments and insurance. She provides treatment estimates and assists patients with questions regarding their upcoming appointments.

Heidi, Sheri, Chris

Our Registered Dental Hygienists provide ongoing periodontal care and education with the goal of maintaining excellent periodontal health for each and every patient. They provide an individualized home care plan to fit each patient’s particular needs and make recommendations for selecting home care products. Cleanings are provided in a comfortable and gentle manner.

Together Heidi, Sheri and Chris have more than 35 years experience working with Drs. Masuoka and our patients.

Our Registered Dental Assistants assist the doctors and hygienists with patient care, ensuring patient comfort and understanding dental needs. They guide your through your appointment and do their best to make you comfortable. All of our assistants are knowledgeable with the services we provide and are happy to answer your questions.

Together they have been helping Drs. Masuoka provide excellent care for our patients for more than 30 years.
